The PE pipe production line is composed of a control system, an extruder, a die head, a shaping cooling system, a tractor, a planetary cutting device and a turning frame. Each pipe production line has two extruders. The main extruder of the PVC transparent pipe production line adopts a strong conveying bush and a high-efficiency screw, and the other smaller extruder is used to extrude the marking line.

For the cylindrical sizing sleeve, the stability and uniformity of the water flow introduced into the water ring directly affect the extrusion quality of the pipe, and the cooling rate of the molten material in the sizing sleeve can directly affect the quality of the inner wall of the pipe. PVC transparent pipe production line sheet-shaped combined sizing sleeve is mainly used for the production of small-diameter, high-speed extrusion PE pipe production lines. The applicable diameter range is: Φ20~Φ63MM. According to the diameter of the pipe and the material to be processed, it can reach 35M/MIN or Higher extrusion speed. The sheet-shaped setting device is composed of multi-layer thin copper sheets, with a sizing round hole in the middle, and the outer side is fixed by a support column. The distance between each thin copper sheet is distributed according to the following rules: along the billet introduction direction. The distance gradually increases, and the distance between the copper sheets is smaller near the introduction end of the billet to prevent the plasticized billet from accumulating and extruding between the sheets. distance can be gradually increased.
