The PE pipe production line includes: feeding system, single screw extruder, special mold for PE pipe, sizing, cooling system, traction machine, coupon collector, and control system.

The extruder is one of the important core components of the pipe extrusion production line, and the main machines used for pipe processing are all single-screw extruders. In the design of single-screw extruder, how to achieve high-speed extrusion of high-quality pipes at low processing temperature is a key technology. In the screw design, a combination of BM structure and barrier structure is adopted, and a special mixing section is added, which not only ensures the plasticizing effect of the tube blank, but also reduces the melt pressure of the material in various areas on the entire screw. , the pressure distribution is uniform, and the shearing action is strictly controlled to obtain the ideal material temperature.

In the barrel design, a slotted barrel is adopted, a specially designed feeding bushing with a structure, and a plurality of grooves with a slope on the surface of the inner hole to ensure high-speed feeding of PE, and a special design in the feeding section. The cooling device is used to realize the temperature control of the barrel feeding area and isolate it from the adjacent high temperature area of the barrel. Each section of the barrel has a temperature-controlled heating section, and forced air cooling is adopted. The output of the extruder has a good linear relationship (easy to adjust synchronously with the traction speed). In order to achieve high-speed extrusion, the reduction box adopts high torque and low noise. Gearbox and motor power are matched accordingly.

Cooling sizing device. The function of the setting die is to ensure that the high-temperature parison extruded from the die head has a fixed geometric shape and size during the vitrification process, and in the process, the deformation internal stress and thermal internal stress of the parison are basically eliminated, so as to meet the relevant requirements. It is the main process device in the plastic extrusion molding process.

Traction device: The traction device is a necessary auxiliary device for continuous extrusion of plastic pipes. Its function is to provide a certain traction force and traction speed to the preliminarily shaped PE from the machine head, and overcome the friction force generated during the cooling and shaping process. , so that the plastic pipes are drawn out from the cooling and shaping device at a uniform speed. And adjust the wall thickness of the PE pipe by adjusting the pulling speed to obtain the pipe that meets the standard. Practice has proved that the tensile strength of plastic pipes produced without traction is significantly lower than that with traction, and the output can be increased when produced with traction devices. The traction device requires the gripper to be able to adapt to the needs of processing pipes of various diameters, and to adjust the speed steplessly and smoothly within a certain range. During the traction process, the traction speed must be stable. Because any irregular changes will form ripples on the surface of the product and affect the quality of the product, the traction clamping force should be moderate and adjustable, and there should be no slipping, jumping and vibration during the traction process, so as to avoid long-term deformation of the pipe.
