PP-R pipe production line radially reinforced pipe: the production of this pipe adopts a special mold and a follow-up device for forming. The characteristic is that the outer wall of the pipe is provided with radial reinforcing ribs, which can greatly improve the rigidity and compressive strength of the pipe ring, and is especially suitable for drainage in municipal engineering. Core layer foaming tube: The core layer foaming tube is a new type of tube with a low foaming layer with a relative density of 0.7-0.9 in the middle, which is produced by a three-layer co-extrusion process. Its hoop rigidity is 8 times that of ordinary UPPR pipe production line pipes, and it has good ruler stability and good heat insulation when temperature changes, especially the foam core layer can cross-block noise transmission, which is more suitable for high-rise building drainage systems. Double-wall corrugated pipe: Double-wall corrugated pipe is made by extruding two concentric pipes at the same time, and then welding the outer pipe of the corrugated pipe to the copper pipe with smooth inner wall. With smooth inner wall and corrugated outer wall, light weight and high strength, it can save 40-60% of raw materials compared with ordinary UPPR pipe production lines, mainly used for communication cable protection pipes, building exhaust pipes and agricultural drainage pipes, etc. 

Compared with the solid wall pipe, the foamed core layer pipe can save more than 25% of the raw material, and the compressive capacity of the inner wall is greatly improved. For the core foamed muffler pipe with several convex spirals on the inner wall, water flows freely and continuously in a spiral shape along the inner wall of the pipe, forming an air column in the center of the drain pipe, reducing the pressure in the pipe by 10% and increasing the general capacity by 10 times. The drainage volume is increased by 6 times, and the noise is 30-40db lower than that of the ordinary UPPR pipe production line drainage pipe.


     

PE/PRR pipe production line penetration reinforced pipe: made by extrusion molding of inner and outer layers of plastic, with synthetic fibers in the middle, good flexibility and bendability. The transparent pipe of PPR pipe production line has good acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance, which can replace rubber pipes and is cheap. It is widely used in the transportation of nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide and other gases and water, dilute alkali, oil and other liquids, and can also be used as a conduit for water heaters, sprayers, gas stoves, etc.

CPPR pipe production line pipe: CPPR pipe production line pipe is a kind of plastic pipe with good heat resistance, which is processed by chlorinated polyvinyl chloride with a chlorine content of more than 66%. The heat-resistant temperature of CPPR pipe production line pipe is more than 30 ℃ higher than that of UPPR pipe production line pipe, and the dimensional stability is improved, and the linear expansion coefficient is reduced. The CPPR pipe production line has excellent heat resistance, aging resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and it does not deform in boiling water. It can be used for the transportation of hot water, corrosion-resistant liquid and gas. UPPR pipe production line pipe: The largest application of UPPR pipe production line pipe is the construction industry. At present, it is popularized and applied in the tap water pipeline systems and residential tap water pipes in various provinces and cities across the country, and is mainly used as drainage pipes, rainwater pipes and threading pipes in the construction industry. UPV pipe has chemical corrosion resistance, self-extinguishing and flame retardancy, good chemical resistance, smooth inner wall and good electrical properties, but UPPR pipe production line has low toughness, large linear expansion coefficient and narrow operating temperature range. The development of UPPR pipe production line has obvious benefits. The production and use of UPPR pipe production line is 55-68% more energy-efficient than cast iron pipe, and the production and use of UPPR pipe production line for water supply pipe is 62-75% more energy-efficient than galvanized pipe, and the price per unit length of the same specification is only 1/2 of the galvanized pipe, the installation cost is 70% lower than that of the galvanized pipe. The use of 1 ton of UPPR pipe production line water supply pipe can replace 12 tons of cast iron pipe, and the application of 1 ton of UPPR pipe production line corrugated pipe can save 25 tons of steel.
