3. There should be space for setting up metal mold collection toolboxes.

4. There should be convenient space for loading and unloading materials, and for machine maintenance and repair work on the PVC transparent pipe production line.

5. There should be space for opening and closing the power cabinet.

6. It should not be installed in machine accessories such as grinders that generate dust, or in places where dust is generated.

7. Keep away from noisy machines such as welding machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, and grinding machines.

8. Please choose a place with warm air without direct sunlight and direct cold wind.

9. Do not set it near the equipment that uses high current, please use the power supply independently.

2. Transportation

1. The handling operation of the PE pipe production line in the factory store of the PE pipe production line may not only damage the machine, but also be very dangerous. Please entrust the professional personnel for the PVC transparent pipe production line.

2. Please use transfer equipment and wire ropes that can fully bear the weight of the machine.

3. When suspending the PE pipe production line, please use a steel wire rope to suspend the machine body at the lower end of the machine, and gently hoist it while paying attention to the balance.

4. Pay attention to balance when using a forklift to lift the main body of the machine.

5. When lifting or lowering the machine, do not hit the machine.

3. Power wiring

1. For the power wiring of the PE pipe production line in the factory shop of the PE pipe production line, please be sure to entrust a professional.

2. When opening the power cabinet, be sure to cut off the main power supply on the factory side.

3. In the vicinity of the power supply, please do not use the same power supply system as the welding machine that becomes a noise source. In addition, welding machines, electric drills, grinders, grinders and other machines should be used at a distance of more than 5 meters from the system.

4. Confirm the oil quantity of hydraulic working oil

1. Driving the hydraulic pump without hydraulic oil will damage the hydraulic pump and motor. When running the machine, be sure to check the oil level.

2. Please use the oil float in the hydraulic station to confirm whether it reaches the specified level. Observe the oil float during inspection. When the marking line on the oil float Z is lower than the panel of the hydraulic station, please replenish the oil immediately.

3. When refueling, please refuel from the refueling port, the display is between the upper and lower marking lines.
