2. Check the reliability of the lubrication system regularly, and smooth the moving parts according to the rules, and check whether the oil volume of the oil tank of the lubrication pump and the oil tank of the base is satisfactory.

3. Always check whether the safety device of the machine is normal and effective, especially after replacing the mold, check whether the mechanical insurance has been adjusted accordingly.

4. Regularly check the condition of the oil filter or filler, clean and replace it in time, and often pay attention to whether the oil is polluted and degraded. When the hydraulic oil turns black and brown and smells bad, it is a manifestation of oxidative transformation, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced as soon as possible; when there are small black spots or bright spots in the hydraulic oil, it means that impurities or metal powder are mixed in, and the oil should be filtered or changed.
